On Friday 22nd July 2005, Rick, Paul and Carl attended the excellent War and Peace Show at Paddock Wood in Kent. This vehicle show, billed as the “world’s largest military vehicle and collectors fair”, is a superb day out. With over 3,500 military vehicles – from motorcycles to tanks (including a superb Tiger!) - on display, there is something for every enthusiast to gawk at. Also on view were living history re-enactors, huge arena events, 1940s fashion, military models, a fun fair and a 1,000+ stall trade fair!
