Although it’s a big internet out there, the Warhammer digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed. Here’s what we liked this week:
In the Wild:
- The Independent Characters, Episode 198: The Extended Warrior Lodge - Live! The Independent Characters Podcast A fun hang-out session from the IC crew, and talking about Psychic Awakening and its impact on the game.
- Forged in Defiance of Fate: Vs. Imperial Fists Stefan Stefan took on Goonhammer's own Jack "BenBooley" Hunter in a game of 40k, and got to learn firsthand how brutal the Imperial Fists can be.
- Sergeant Jovan Chaplain Conversion @cheekydesknurgling via Instagram There's a ton of detail in this Chaplain conversion, which uses a ton of great bits.
- The Competitive WH40k Subreddit reddit Though a little less well-known than r/Warhammercompetitive, the CompetitiveWH40k subreddit is a great place to see a well-curated list of competitive content from around the web.
- 40k Today on Twitter @40Ktoday via Twitter A very pro follow on Twitter, 40k Today is a great way to stay abreast of all the great 40k content being made out there.
- Centre: Marines Are In Their Element 40KStats via the FLG YouTube Channel The 40KStats crew do a weekly podcast on the goings-on of the competitive 40k landscape. In their most recent episode, they're looking at the marine-choked meta and talking about the Renegade Open and West Australia Masters events.
- Coda’s Painting Stream Twitch Coda streams at weird hours owing to being in Australia, but it’s worth your time to stop in on his stream when you can. He recently did a near 24-hour marathon stream with the new Sisters of Battle box.
